Our buildings are made using a minimum 2x4 construction and 1" shiplap pine. These structures are also built on 6x6 skids making them truly portable, which are easily transported and moved into your desired location.

Skilled carpenters using chosen building materials, much of which has been sawn in our own saw mill, ensures that, you our valued client, will received a quality finished product which will last you many, many years. In 1996 Terry Ryan had a surplus of pine boards from his saw mill that he wanted to use up so he built a shed. Someone came along and purchased it so he made another and another and another. A new business was born. Today 10 years later, Terry is proud of the product he provides to people throughout the entire Northeast. The business has grown to include items for everyone. We now offer a wide variety of custom buildings for example, sheds, outside offices, hunting camps, bunkhouses, cottages, garages, barns and children's playhouses. We also offer custom floats, docks and all aluminum ramps for those who work and play along our beautiful Maine shorlines.
