A single spacious mobile home, great for those that dont require waterfront,save hundreds on lodging. It is ideally suited for families with outdoor activites on their adgenda, such as hiking, fishing, visiting local scenic waterfalls, exploring the Maine woods,looking for deer and moose or cross country skiing. A great home base for snowmobilers and 4 wheelers or hunting ) (private connecting links - you wont see others). Rates are 250 - 300 per week ( November $400.) This area is in central Maine, away from the cities and tourist areas. Peace and quiet , dark nights, clear skies ( shooting stars),a clean well kept home, Enjoy the beauty of the area from the nice deck evenings with a fire ring just a few feet away.( free wood).
A guide book is furnished ( Delorme's) with an endless list of places and things to do within it , such as Unique natural areas, Scenic waterfalls, Beaches, Parks ,Recreation areas, Lighthouses, Hiking trails, and much more.
This is a single 60 x 12 foot mobile home ,(not a trailer park). Its on a 100 acre lot. With the deck it has over 1000 feet of floor space ,bigger than a lot of small homes. It has 3 bedrooms, full bathroom (tub/shower combo), spacious living room, kitchen, and beautiful deck with gas grill on the front of the trailer. Included in the trailer are washer/dryer, television with satellite, vcr/dvd, pull out couch, refrigerator, gas stove, table, chairs, with most kitchen necessities, such as coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishes, cookware, etc… Along with the necessary items for the bathroom; towels, toilet paper, etc… For beds, there's a full size bed in the addition, (that was added on just last year), 2 twin size beds in the smaller bedroom, and a bunk bed set up in the third bedroom. ( Blankets, sheets and pillows provided ) The couch pulls out into a full size bed for additional sleep needs. The trailer can sleep 6-7 people comfortably. Although the trailer is next to my house, with a shared driveway, there is still plenty of privacy. There is a small lawn in behind the trailer, and a large front and rear yard with a swing-set for children, a hill outback for sliding in the winter, an outside fireplace ( free wood ) for summer enjoyment, and lots of area for walking or playing. The closest beach is about a mile away for swimming in the summer.
